Everyone was very professional.

I came into the dealership only to test drive a few vehicles I have been interested in, then I met Conner, a salesman for the company. I was able to test drive the trucks I wanted to, and Conner was knowledgeable of the vehicles, the pros and cons of them and I decided to go ahead and buy the Chevy Colorado, while all of the administrative and financial stuff was being drawn up Conner was very attentive towards me. It was a pleasure doing business with him and everyone else there. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Tooele Valley Motors and even tho it’s under different ownership, I certainly wouldn’t keep coming back if they weren’t top notch!

We brought our 2020 Sierra AT4 in for a check engine light. The diagnosis was that a glow plug needed to be replaced. Upon arriving home from picking the truck up from the dealership after that repair I noticed that our 360 degree camera system was messed up. I literally backed the truck into the space at the service center when dropping off for the repair and can confirm nothing was wrong with the cameras upon drop off. I called the dealership immediately and was told that I would be charged another $200 diagnostic fee to analyze the problem--a problem that was caused by something done during the diagnosis or repairs--which is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to pay for them to fix something that was broken while my truck was at the dealership. The employee helping me then said he would need to talk to his manager about it to see what they could do. This was around 230pm on 9/16. It is now 24 hours later and I haven't heard back from anyone. I know something was done to our left rear-view mirror (the side the camera system is messed up on), as upon drop off the mirror would pop forward out of place. Now the mirror is securely in place. Perhaps a well-meaning tech noticed the problem and accidentally damaged the camera while re-securing the mirror? Ultimately, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service. We have been loyal to this dealership since moving to the area--nearly 8 years. We have brought all of our vehicles here for routine maintenance. The glow plug repair cost over $700 and they are unwilling to take accountability and fix something that was broken while our truck was in their hands.

We took our exuinox in because our OnStar and navigation were not working. They had the car for the entire day and claimed it was fixed. When we picked it up, nothing was fixed. When I called the dealership, they explained that they had found nothing wrong and that the issue was related to OnStar. If it was, they should not have told us that it was fixed.

Service desk rep was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Appointment for a technician was scheduled and the cost to evaluate the problem, $189.00 was agreed upon. Brought the car in two days later for the evaluation. Received a call about four hours later and informed that the problem was fixed. When I picked the car, up was told that wiring in the trunk harness was the cause. Was handed an invoice for $680.00. The total cost included the agreed upon $189.00. The labor cost was $491.00. That seems extreme. I would advise customers to be aware of agreeing to the actual cost and the customers approval of a repair, before the repair is actually made.

The staff members were very professional. They kept us updated with everything that needed to be done. The mechanics did a great job fixing my car. Driving my car, it feels like it did when it was brand new.

I was told that my service would only be about an hour. It was two hours and I had to cancel an appointment that I had made for 11:30. I watched people come in after me and were done way before me. The service on the car was excellent

the manager Kaitlyn and the Detailer Sherlock are two amazing well respected people, and have changed our opinions on how things use to be to now, however It would be nice to feel confident that all notes are read and followed while management is away so that brining my car in on off days will be a great experience as well no matter who may be working. It was very welcoming & relaxed plus as a bonus I was offered a complimentary soda to relax with while I waited for my Oil Change service to be performed. My recommendation to people is to not leave out the dealership when it comes to servicing your car or for any major repairs as their technicians are kept up to date with all well known issues you may be experiencing with to having access to tech bulletins that help guide them to properly diagnose & repair the issue. To not sound like an advertising geek I know this as having been a service advisor in the past for other manufactures in Utah & Slc County & learning the details of what their technicians must go thru to becoming certified which since then has me today to always consider the Manufacturer Dealerships when it comes to a servicing or a repair on my vehicles. When having googled Tooele Chevrolet on the web & clicked on their service specials to see what they had, I'd come across one for $69.95 for an Oil & Filter Full Synthetic Oil change Service for my 2013 Express 8 cyl Cargo Van that had me drive in the next day to not wanting to pass that deal up. I'd hoped for a complementary car wash to go with it like I'd received at LHM Honda for when I had my 2010 Accord but still overall completely satisfied with the service performed. Horrible from start to end

I had such a great experience getting my new car from this dealership. From the moment I walk in, they make me feel like I was buying from a good friend rather than going through a stressful sales process. They really took the time to listen to what I need and work with me to find the best deal without any pressure. The trade in value they offered was very fair, which made the home process even smoother. What truly meant the most to me was something I never expected - they called me the very next day day to surprise me with a custom decal. One of the staff it made to match exact decal I had on my trade -in , in memory of my son. It was identical, and that gesture truly touched my heart in a way i can’t fully put into words. I will be eternally grateful for that kindness. Overall the customer service and attention to detail were exceptional. I truly appreciate how easy and comfortable they made everything.

Traded in a vehicle for one more practical, I needed to have something with more room, they were able to get me into a great vehicle and I love it.

The girl at the desk did an awesome job. She was helpful every step of the way, went above and beyond to help me. Job was done in a reasonable amount of time.

The communication at this dealership is terrible. They claimed they would get us a rental and we ended up having to get on ourselves since this is my main car to commute kids everywhere. And they didn’t pull it back into the shop until we showed up asking about it almost two days into the whole process. The worst is my car is still not fixed all the way but they haven’t called us back like the claim to get it fixed.

I've had a positive experience with the entire team. Also when I was stranded, Ronnie made sure I was heard, felt safe, and had my needs met.

Intake was good, I didn’t hear a progress report until I got a call saying it was ready to pick up. I couldn’t make it until near closing time. In the way home I heard a noise from the roof of my truck, pulled over and found a magnetic pocket screw driver was stuck to the roof and had rolled to the back of the truck. Back window tint has a deep scratch in it. Grease in driver door wood trim and steering wheel. Found grease spot on headliner rear driver side, grease hand prints all over doors and tailgate. My truck had just been detailed by myself prior to dropping it off and I received it in filthy condition. As a person in the same trade (diesel service technician) I understand messes happen, but it should be a point to return the customers vehicle in as good or better condition than it was received. A little attention to detail is all that is required to gain a returning customer. I will seek out a different service location in the future.

Well dropped it off in the morning for a diagnostic and to get air from the brakes. Had an appointment. You had the truck for 3 days and issues are not fixed. Said it was but didn’t “couldn’t” test it. Other issue I paid for a service I did not need. $450 and it’s back at your place.

I enjoyed my oil change experience. The service agent even removed the temporary foot mat from the floor of my car before turning it over to me after the service. i received a coupon for a free carwash on top of it all.

I came in to have my headlight bulb changed. I didn’t have an appointment because a lady told me to just come in. When I got there I was told I probably needed an appointment however Ronnie at the desk talked to the service dept and they agreed to do it then! They changed the bulb for me . They were so nice to do that! I alway get good service there!

Ronnie took great care of us. He had awesome follow-up, tips, and a sense of urgency to get the car in a dependable spot for our kid to drive into SLC daily. It felt like he genuinely cared. We'd come back for future car service. Thanks!

Always treated with courteous and fast service

Excellent service

I brought my Equinox in to have the transmission fluid changed. All went well until I left the dealership post fluid change. The transmission started to slip very badly! I got to Lakepoint and had to turn around. I barely made it to the dealership. I thought the trans had blown. But the next day I was told to come and pick up the car. The transmission fluid had not been reinstalled properly. I believe some damage has probably been done to the transmission. It runs differently now.

They show and help you to understand your vehicle, and what I can do

Received 3 different price quotes for outrageous amounts to make a repair on a $64 hose that they said was the issue. It was misdiagnosed and was not the issue or problem and it was a thermostat causing the problem that was repaired myself. Would not recommend service at this dealership on ford Chevy or dodge, haven’t had a good experience with any of them and will be looking at other places to have a vehicle worked on. Won’t be bringing it here if there is ever a recall issue either.

They diagnosed my vehicle wrong, but then said it needed that part as well... Communication was a nightmare, and trying to get ahold of someone at the service desk was even worse.

Believe there over charging for a oil change

Needed a warranty issue worked out & Faith (service advisor) was excellent in assisting me with getting things taken care of. 5 star for sure.
